I have a bit of a problem. I want to play games on my phone using a OTG controller. Sadly my main controller is not working, but a old one is. OTG keyboards, mouses and flash drives work fine. The main controller functions good on a friend's LG phone. Let's gather the details...
Phone is HTC One M8 International
Unlocked but S-On
ROM is Wolla GPE v6.0
Kernal is ElementalX 6.03 GPE
Main controller is Thrustmaster GPX LightBack
Old one is Thrustmaster Firestorm Digital 3
I have tried flashing the stock kernal and also tried downloading the Xbox controller driver file and putting it in /system/usr/keylayout. I noticed that the ID's were different of my third party xbox controller compared to the ones in the file. I downloaded some software from the app store that told me what the ID's of my controller where and changed that in the file name to the correct values. None of it worked.
I'm out of ideas, but really want it to work. Anything I could try? Thanks.
