problems facing on 310 after installing mm rom

respected dev. when I flash any mm rom on my canvas nirtro a310 and want to use ext.SD card as internal storage the formatting process start and after 40% it says ur card is slow and process stops at 40% although I m using ultral high speed data card.when I press back button my card got corrupted,please help
