Smart Select Won't Stop Auto Extracting Text When Sharing Screen caps

I've notice this problem, it's not huge but it's annoying, and I don't think it's just my phone because CNet's reviewer mentioned this too. Basically, whenever I screengrab something via Smart Select (say, a tweet, or a Whatsapp message, or Facebook post) and share the picture, if the app to which i'm sharing has a text/caption box, the phone will auto text extract and paste the text in the photos into the box.

i've provided an example in the attachment. as you can see, i'm trying to send a screen capture of a chat to another friend and all the text inside the pic got extracted too. so i had to spend 5 seconds deleting all the text.

ALSO, while i'm at it... i also notice that even though i changed the notification sound to one specific sound in general settings, many apps still make its own sound when notifying me, and i have to go into that app's specific settings to change the sound. some apps, like youtube, just don't give that option, so i'm basically stuck with that one unwanted notification sound from youtube whenever i get a comment.
