OxygenOS 4.1.0 with Android Nougat 7.1.1 is now Rolling out to the OnePlus 3 & 3T

OnePlus has been making incremental progress in updating their flagship devices, the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, to the latest version of Android Nougat.

Back at the beginning of this month, the company released their latest OxygenOS Open Beta for the two devices, which brought Android 7.1.1. Now, OnePlus is releasing OxygenOS 4.1.0 with Android 7.1.1 to all OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T owners via an OTA update. Here's the change-log:

  • Upgraded Android 7.1.1
  • Updated Google security patch to 1st March 2017
  • Added expanded screenshots
  • Improved picture taking of moving objects with blur reduction
  • Improved video stability when recording
  • Improved WiFi connectivity
  • Improved bluetooth connectivity
  • General bug fixes

As with any OTA update, the update is rolling out to all users in batches, so it may take some time before it reaches your phone. Take a peek around our forums, though, and you may find that someone has already captured and ripped the OTA download for you to manually sideload.
