The Oppo F9 is, so far, shaping up to be an excellent mid-range device. While we can't see the presence of a headphone jack via the specification table leaked by MySmartPrice, the render from AndroidPure shows a headphone jack at the bottom. We also see that Oppo has fallen victim to the notch, but in the most stylish manner possible. It's a small teardrop-shaped notch which houses the device's camera, aiming to impede upon the notification bar as little as possible. It's a selling point for those looking for a device which looks premium at an assumedly lower cost. There's no price released yet, but we can assume the presence of the MediaTek Helio P60 means that we won't be seeing a high price.
But that's not to say the Oppo F9 is a weak smartphone either. With the option of 4GB or 6GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of storage, you aren't missing out here in comparison to popular flagships. A large battery as well that can charge fast means you aren't missing out in terms of battery life either. It's an all-around device which will presumably aim to be affordable. Couple that with some decent camera hardware and it should be capable of nice shots. Personally, there's only one glaring issue for me and that's the LCD panel included. While there's nothing wrong with LCD itself, it does making hiding the notch pretty difficult given that blacks aren't "true" blacks.
