What we need? A windows PC, ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL,My Files, A working brain and guts.
Firstly download files on this archive and extract them to PC. Password is "ze550kl".[ without this " " ]

Enable USB development options by Going into settings>about phone>build number. Tap build number untill you see an message saying that you are now a developer.
Now copy the zip file supersu from the archive you just extracted to your mobile storage.Remember its location.
Now Power Off your device. Boot into Fastboot mode by pressing Powerup+Volume Up keys at the same time. Device will bootup in Fastboot mode.
Now in windows PC, goto the folder where you have extracted the archive files. Now here press Shift+Ctrl+ Right Mouse Button, Select option open command windows here.
Now connect Your mobile with PC. Wait 1-2 minutes now enter this commands
Fastboot flash recovery twrpxxxx.img [ Replace the twrpxxxx with the name of twrp file in the folder]
If you entered rightly a short commands will run and it will show completed in 0.028 or some seconds. If not do it again.
Now enter command Fastboot reboot:fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:
Your mobile will reboot.
If mobile reboots now turn it off again and boot into recovery mode by pressing powerup+ volume down [ If it doesn't reboot,Just unplug it from PC. Pull out Its battery again,plug It and now press Powerup+Volume down]
Now Twrp first time bootscreen will appear. Tick don't show again and swipe to allow modifications.
Now go into Install and select zip file of supersu that you copied in your storage. Now swipe to install it. It will take some time and after its done select reboot option.
Mobile can take some time to bootup Don't Panic.
After it boots up Your phone is rooted now. Enjoy! :)
