[MTCD][Release] SpotifyKeys - control spotify using hard keys and steering wheel keys

Hi everyone,
I developed the application for controlling Spotify using steering wheel keys and device's hard keys. Almost all features are done so I think it is good time to create a separated thread.

Application has autorun functionality (Android shall run it in the background automatically after bootup) - so you do not need to perform any additional actions except learning the keys at the very beggining.

Originally it was developed for GS 1.61 MTCD, but I received some feedback from Samoawbc and Dec64 (thanks Guys!) that it works also on other devices and ROMs. Feel free to download and test. I will update this thread in case of new version/feature.
