Before I state my problem I will say I am an idiot but hope that someone will forgive me and help me.
I was going through the security aspect of my phone when I came across "putting a PIN number for your SIM card. I did as asked and put a 4 digit number then my phone went off and when it came back on it asks for a PUK number (8 digits). I've not got a clue what a PUK no is for and all I want to do is get my phone back to normal.
Any help would be appreciated please for this idiot to get his phone working again. Thanks.
