[Q] Android Wear 1.4

Hello.

I have a question about 1.4 update. Will Sony or Google give our watches this update?
Or is it possible to manually create/build this update?
I'm asking because, I'm from Poland and I wait for the Polish language ;)

My English isn't too good and this is my first post on XDA so please understand me. ;)
