[E6683/E6883][Xposed]Z5/Z5P Dual - Hide Sim Icons from Status Bar

This is a port to Android 6.0 of HideSimIcons by ast11, a small Xposed module to hide the SIM icons on the Sony Dual models.

I just added the code to make it work with Android 6.0 and added a nicer icon. All credits go to ast11
