Unlocking this phone does not require any CDMA or Qualcomm tools or any special knowledge. This is a China Telecom carrier locked dual sim CDMA/LTE+GSM 2G device with Snapdragon processor.
Requirements:
Root
Shortcut master lite
1. Root the phone using A7ltectc CF-autoroot.tar
2. Install Shortcut Master lite and give root permissions
3. Open secret codes menu
4. select secret code: 27663368378
5. Select [2} UE SETTING & INFO>SETTING>PROTOCOL>CDMA>CTC SIM LOCK>SIM LOCK>>SELECT SIM LOCK is Disable and reboot
6. GSM/CDMA/HSPA+ is now unlocked and can manually add APNs to start mobile data.
7. Now again select secret code: 27663368378
8. Select [2} UE SETTING & INFO>SETTING>PROTOCOL>CDMA>TEST_SYS>[3] CTC OPERATOR NAME>Select Disabled, back, [7] CTC POLICYMAN SELECTION>Select [2] Test Policy, back to CDMA CONFIGURATION, [8] CTC AutoLogin, select [1] AUTOLOGIN : OFF
9. Reboot
10. Add APN ( I have unlocked JIO 4G network in India, pure LTE based 4G network)
11. Go to Settings>Roaming Settings>Slot 1> Manual network selection, mobile data will start. Reboot for the final time.
* This process is done on Android version 4.4.4. Band 3 @ 1800 Mhz LTE has been tested. No further LTE bands have been tested.
