Restore SMS/MMS from marshmallow 6.0, Sony z3+

Hi
Previously I owned a Sony z3+, where I used the built in Marshmallow backup for SMS/MMS etc.
Today I got my Oneplus 3, but the backup functionality is different.
How do I restore my old backup on my Oneplus 3?
