[Help] Table Qbex340i (UTOK i700) Stuck on Boot

This Qbex 340i is basically a UTOK i700 with 2gb (RAM)

The tablet is stuck on boot screen, I already tried to:

1. Power + Vol Up → recovery mode → wipe data/factory reset & wipe cache partition
2. Power + Vol Down → factory mode (text )→ <chinese text>e MMC (Clear eMMC?)
